There are 5 levels of awareness for your customers. It’s critical to know where your customers when you communicate with them.
It’s not possible to effectively market to customers if you don’t know there awareness. When you do know their awareness, you’ll be able to communicate with them using words they understand.
- Most Aware – They are returning customers and are fans of your product or brand.
- Product Aware – They know your product is the solution to their problem.
- Solution Aware – They know the solution they need to solve their problem.
- Problem Aware – They know they have a problem but don’t know the solution for it.
- Unaware – They don’t know they have a problem.
